Roles and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

1. Provide thought leadership to prospects, clients, internal teams and partners based on latest trends, research applying original thinking conceptualize visualization ideas, representations, enable rapid prototyping and guide execution teams on implementation of successful prototypes.

2. Position Brillio Analytics as thought leader in this space author blogs, white papers, set higher standards on what our teams expect of themselves and what clients & partners expect of us.

3. Be consultative partner on visualization to our clients; engage with senior level executives from director to VP to CXO level on visualization; Brillio serves many industries leading and fortune 500 & 1000 clients across US, India, and Europe geographies

4. Build a high performing and motivated team in support of practices organizations commercial goals, growth pursuits, innovation, alliances, and partnership goals.

a) Application of Design Thinking principles, Structured problem solving, Problem definition, storytelling.

b) Innovate, try different & new methods & apply right brain thinking. Experiment learn and fail fast mind set.

2. Tool and Technological skills

a) Must have varied levels of experience & expertise with multiple enterprise scale BI tech (License Subscription Open Source) but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, Jaspersoft, Looker, AWS QuickSight, D3 etc

b) Have an appreciation for DWH, Cloud platform and Big data technologies.

c) Good understanding of statistical concepts with ability to run basic regression, classification, and clustering in at least one of languages like Python, R, Spark, Java, Scala etc

d) Interplay of above disciplines with BI&A discipline while solving business problems.

e) Must have done hands on work.
